Refund policy

At COCODÍ, each formula is carefully developed to provide a luxurious and sensorial beauty ritual.
Due to the nature of our skincare and wellness products, we do not offer monetary refunds.

However, we are pleased to offer store credit for eligible returns.

Our goal is to ensure that every customer feels confident discovering the COCODÍ ritual.

 


 

Eligibility

Items may be returned for store credit if:

• The product is unused and unopened
• The product is returned in its original packaging
• The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photo of the product
• Photo of the shipping box

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

 


 

Store Credit Conditions

Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital code sent by email.

Store credit:

• Never expires
• Can be used on all products
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Can be used partially or in full

 


 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as COCODÍ cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
